We’ll start where you are
Wherever you are in this process, that is where we begin. Recognizing creative blocks, ways of thinking and behaving that get in our way is key to moving through obstacles and challenges.

We’ll make a plan of action
We will create a plan together that reflects your desires and goals. Together we will find the obstacles in your way and build strategies for moving through barriers so you can live the purposeful and creative life you desire and that is true for you.

Coaching is not psychotherapy.
One of the most important distinguishing factors between psychotherapists and coaches is that psychotherapists are trained to help people who are facing mental illnesses, and coaches are not.
Coaching is more focused on helping you achieve your future goals, while psychotherapy tends to have more of a past and present focus.
Unaffiliated with the healthcare model, the focus of coaching is not on treating an illness , so it is most often not covered by insurance.
There are no governing boards for life or success coaches.
Psychotherapists must be licensed in the state in which they practice, while I am able to provide coaching throughout all of the United States and internationally.
